WARDROBE
Terms of Use
Last updated: October 4, 2026
1. Acceptance
By downloading, creating an account in or using the Wardrobe mobile app (“Wardrobe”, “the app”) you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not accept them, do not use the app. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s Standard License Agreement also applies; if the two conflict, Apple’s agreement prevails.
2. The Service
Wardrobe offers closet management, outfit planning, AI-assisted style suggestions, virtual try-on, makeup and nail try-on, weather-aware suggestions, community sharing and similar-product search tools. Some features may not be available in every region or on every plan.
3. Age and Account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Wardrobe. If you are under 18, you must use the app with the knowledge and approval of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and the security of your account. Tell us immediately if you notice suspicious use of your account. One person may hold one account.
4. Personal Data and Photos
How we process your data is described in the Privacy Policy and the Explicit Consent text. AI features share your photos and profile details with service providers and require your explicit consent. You may upload only photos of yourself. You may not upload photos or data of other people without the permission they need to give.
5. AI Suggestions
Outfit, product, colour, makeup, skin care or style suggestions made by AI can vary from person to person. They are not a firm commitment or professional advice on taste, fashion, health, safety or purchases; skin care and similar suggestions are not medical advice. Generated images may not match real products or your appearance exactly. You are responsible for your purchase, use and outfit choices.
6. Community and User Content
Outfits, photos, comments and votes you share in the community are “user content”. You own your content, but you grant Wardrobe a limited, non-transferable, royalty-free permission to host and display it to operate the app and show it to other users.
The following content and behaviour is prohibited:
- Nudity, sexual content or obscenity,
- Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech or discrimination,
- Violent content or content that encourages violence,
- Sharing someone else’s photo without permission, or impersonation,
- Inappropriate content involving minors,
- Spam, fraud, counterfeit products or misleading links,
- Content that infringes copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property,
- Attempts to harm the security or operation of the service.
We have no tolerance for objectionable content. You can report posts and comments and block users inside the app. We review reports as quickly as we can, remove content that breaks these rules and, where needed, restrict or close the account responsible. You can also send reports to support@wardrobeapp.app, including a notice if you believe your rights have been infringed.
7. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are subject to the store’s policies. Prices and plan benefits are shown in the app; changes are announced in advance. The free plan shows ads.
8. External Links
The app may link to third-party sites such as Google Shopping. We are not responsible for the content, products, prices, delivery or privacy practices of those sites.
9. Acceptable Use
You may not use the app unlawfully, to infringe others’ rights, to disrupt the service or harm its security, or to reverse engineer it, scrape data or gain unauthorised access.
10. Intellectual Property
The Wardrobe name, app design, software, text and other brand content belong to their respective owners. You receive only a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app under these terms.
11. Changes to the Service and Liability
We may change, pause or limit features. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, we do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided “as is” and, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using or being unable to use the app. Your rights under consumer protection law remain unaffected.
12. Termination and Account Deletion
If you break these terms we may restrict your access or close your account. You can delete your account at any time in the app or on the Delete Account page.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumer disputes fall under the consumer arbitration committees and courts that are legally competent; other disputes fall under the competent Turkish courts. Mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected.
14. Changes and Contact
We may update these terms. We announce important changes in the app or by email; the current version is published on this page. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Questions: support@wardrobeapp.app.
