WARDROBE
Explicit Consent
Processing of personal data • Version 2026-10-11 • Last updated: October 11, 2026
Mahmut Can Sevin (“Wardrobe”) is the controller of your data and asks for your explicit consent on the matters below. We recommend reading the Privacy Policy first. Anything listed here happens only with your explicit consent.
1. What You Consent To
1.1 AI processing of photos and images
Processing the selfies, closet and clothing photos, outfit photos and the photos you use for virtual try-on, makeup and nail try-on for colour analysis, style analysis, garment recognition, try-on and image generation. Photos are processed only when you use the relevant feature.
1.2 Body and appearance details and modest-style/hijab preference
Processing your height, weight, body type and proportions, wrist build, skin, hair and eye colour, style preferences and modest-style/hijab preference (including whether a headscarf is visible in a photo) to create personalised outfit suggestions. These details may be special-category data under the law where you live, so they rest on your explicit consent.
In makeup try-on, facial landmarks are calculated on your device in real time. They are not used to identify you and are not stored on our servers.
1.3 Sharing with service providers and transfers abroad
Sharing the data above, to the extent needed to deliver the feature, with the providers below and processing it on their servers, which may be outside your country (mainly the United States and Europe):
- Google (Firebase): authentication, database, server functions
- Anthropic (Claude): image and text analysis (including body, hand and wrist photos)
- Black Forest Labs: outfit and product image generation
- fal.ai: outfit images (a model resembling your profile photo if you choose), virtual try-on, makeup and nail try-on image generation
- Cloudflare: image storage
- RevenueCat: subscription verification
2. Limits
- Your data is processed only to provide the features you request.
- Your photos and profile details are not used to train Wardrobe’s own AI models.
- Your personal data is not sold or shared with ad networks for ad targeting.
- Location, notifications, camera, photos, microphone and the advertising ID use your device’s own permission prompts; this consent does not replace them.
3. Consequences of Consent
Wardrobe’s core features depend on AI processing of photos and profile details. If you do not give this consent you cannot use the app’s AI-assisted features. Giving consent is voluntary; declining does not restrict your account or your other rights.
4. Withdrawing Consent
You can withdraw consent at any time without giving a reason: in the app under Profile → Settings → Privacy and Permissions, or by emailing support@wardrobeapp.app. Withdrawal applies going forward and does not affect processing done before it. After withdrawal you cannot use AI features; you may delete your account and data if you wish.
5. Confirmation
By ticking this text on the in-app consent screen you confirm that you give explicit consent on the matters above, that you have been informed which data, purposes and recipients it covers, and that your consent is given freely. The time and the version of this text are recorded.
